If you received a phone call, letter, email, and/or direct message on social media from someone stating that you have won a Promotion prize and need to send money before receiving your prize, it is a SCAM. Do not release your credit card or banking information. You can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission online at www.ftc.gov or by calling 1-877-382-4357.

A purchase or payment, or acceptance of a product offer, will not improve your chances of winning. This Promotion is valid only in the 46 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Void in Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, New York, and wherever else prohibited by law. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

By entering or otherwise participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Official Rules, which are a legal contract. Please read them carefully before entering.

ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the 46 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are licensed drivers and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence. Void in Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, New York, and where prohibited.

Employees of Big Trend Media LLC (One Lung Racing), vendors, affiliates, prize providers, and their immediate family members or anyone living in the same household are not eligible.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 PM EST on August 5, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on October 1, 2025.

TWO WAYS TO ENTER

1. Automatic Entry via Online Purchase

Receive one (1) entry for every $5 spent on eligible One Lung Racing merchandise purchased at www.onelungracing.com. Entries are calculated pre-tax and pre-shipping. Canceled or returned orders will void associated entries. There is no maximum number of entries.

2. Free Mail-in Entry (No Purchase Required)

To receive five (5) entries without purchase, handwrite your full name, address, email, phone number, and date of birth on a 3x5" card and mail in a stamped #10 envelope to:

Each outer envelope must contain one entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 27, 2025 and received by October 1, 2025 to be eligible.

PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

  • A 1978 Suzuki RM100 (as-is, estimated value: $1,000)

  • $500 cash

Winner is responsible for any and all taxes, transportation, and other costs related to accepting the prize. Winner will receive a 1099 tax form for reporting.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on or around October 3, 2025. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone and must respond within five (5) business days.

To claim the prize, the winner must complete a notarized affidavit of eligibility and a W-9 form. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. All disputes must be resolved individually by binding arbitration in Winchester, Ohio. Class actions are not permitted.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

The winner will be announced via One Lung Racing’s social media platforms after eligibility is confirmed.
